- No changes can be made to your order after checkout. This includes adjustments for discount codes. Please take your time ensuring all information is complete at the time of checkout.
- No cancellations once your order is in processing. Should you need to cancel your order before that time, there is a 10% cancellation fee.
- I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact me for a return or replacement. We are not able to process refunds at this time due to non refundable merchant fees.
Orders can no longer be combined at this time.
Turnaround time, or TAT, is continually changing. Please make sure to follow BowMomVIP on Facebook to be notified of current times and when you order is expected to ship.
-Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:
Every bow is custom made at the time of order. Returns are accepted and must be returned in new and unused condition. Returns are eligible for up to 7 days after delivery. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
Please contact BowMom for a RMA number and return address. Pack the items securely and in its original packaging if possible. Please ship USPS First Class and provide tracking when shipped. A full refund will be provided minus the cost of original shipping + 10% restocking fee when delivered and inspected.
